⚠️ Regarding Price Revisions: In the event of price changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through announcements on this service or notifications to your registered email address.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
No Refund Policy
1. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for service usage rights are not provided in principle. However, if billing errors caused by our system are confirmed, we will appropriately issue refunds or adjustments.
2. Upon service cancellation, billing will be stopped from the next billing date onwards.
3. No refunds will be provided for forfeiture of service usage rights during already paid periods.
4. In the event of system failures or similar issues, we will promptly conduct an investigation, and if our fault is confirmed, we will take appropriate action including refunds.
5. We cannot accommodate refund requests based on user circumstances (such as not achieving expected results, difficulty in using the service, etc.).
6. For issues related to the payment processing service (Stripe), we will provide appropriate guidance, including referrals to Stripe support.
